Texting While Driving Banned in Illinois

The 2010 year has been marked by many states enacting laws to ban the use of cell phones for drivers. Illinois, like many other states, has recently enacted a law regarding the use of electronic communications in vehicles. The Illinois law bans the composition, reading and/or sending of electronic communications while driving.
